unable to view profiles

when i click on anyones name to view profile either in a thread or on the whos online i get this error(including my own name)

Witfull, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

i tryed logging out and in again but still get the error?

Yeah, I've been playing with a lot of the permissions. I think that feature is available only after you have 100 posts. I'll be changing things around as we see what works and what doesn't...

i hope you change this,,,even though i may not be a big poster on this board at this time, i do lurk constantly. its kinda nice to see others profiles, as i may know them from another board by a different name.

if not...ill just have to post some more,,,lol
