I have a 36" 4x39W tank with a sundial, 305 Fluval and a Seacone Protein Skimmer 150. The tank has Lr and Ls in it with 2 clown, 1 damsel, 2 blue leg hermit, 2 Mexican Snails, and 1 scarlet reef. I'm having a problem with a
red and brown slime the tank has bin up for about 3-4 months. testing the water i have a ph 8.4, Nitrite 0, Ammonia 0, Nitrate 0, cal is around 400, and alk is around 1.7 -2.8. I leave light's on for about 9-10hrs and do a water chang with ro/di water. The problem with the red and brown slime in the tank has developed for about 2 weeks now.
