Photo Help

I am brand new and need some help uploading photos. I did a search and couldn't find anything so I apologize if this has been answered before.

Every time I try to upload a photo I get the following error message

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 200x150 -quality 70 -geometry 200x150 -unsharp 10 '/home/thereeft/public_html/photopost/data/500/thumbs/IMG_0213a.jpg'


The photos are JPEGs and range in size from 70K to 150K, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you,
