Photo Gallery Upgrade in Progress
I'm currently upgrading the photo gallery. Until I'm finished it will not be working properly and other parts of the site may be sluggish.
It should only take 20 to 30 minutes for the full upgrade to complete.
Thanks for bearing with us while we improve the site.

It's taking a little longer than anticipated, but you shouldn't see any issues other than the gallery not working.

Greg, I've a question. Most of the time I resize my pictures for 640x480 before loading them, but lately I've gotten a few that I'd set at 800x600. When I had uploaded those pictures, they uploaded with a couple different names, often adding a "-med" to the end of the uploaded file name. Now, all those files with "-med" are gone, and so the pictures I had used at the larger setting are gone. An example would be the entirety of pictures I used for this thread, which was about 50 pictures. Are those lost, or is there a way to reestablish those file names? Thanks!

This actually seems to be the same problem with the picture of the month on the home page. Same "-med" issue.

gaaa, That just makes me mad. No, it doesn't look like I can get it back easily. Why would they do that on a simple upgrade. grrrrrr. Now you know why I hate to upgrade stuff.

Same thing on my weekend pics thread - The pics are still in the gallery it seems just the ones that were pasted into threads went away - I'd better go check the contest
