ok I know you all want us to use trt's photo gallery and I am so cool with that... however mine is full...
so I need to either delete pictures that are there... or I need more space....
your suggestions....

I think the trick is to ensure you resize them before you upload them. I keep mine pretty small to keep the gallery usage down, but it takes a bit of leg work before hand. I keep mine in the 800x600 range.
