Ok Where are the winners?
Is there going to be an announcement of winners of the Spare Change Contest?
Not trying to open a can of worms but this was suppose to have been announced on August 30th I believe!

well...Brooke and I had some things come up this weekend and we do apologize for the delay.
Without further ado:
Winner of the ballast from ReefFanatic is Mrs. Smith with her Banggai haiku
Winner of $25 gift certificate to Underwater Creations is MontanaRocknReefer

OMG!!! I forgot about the contest. There was just one small mistake. I WROTE THAT HAIKU!!! I never thought it would win me anything, and I still don't know what exactly we won. Thank you so much. Special thanks go out to my wife who had enough faith in my haiku talent to dig up my old post from a previous contest that was cancelled.
Congrats to you too Johnny! Your entry was great! Thanks again! [edited to remove text that could be taken the wrong way]
Andrew

I was kidding Buzz. Johnny had an absolutely awsome entry and I did not expect to win at all. This is one of those times when the internet can't properly pass on the true intentions of a post. (Remember that post you made about how cute my wife is? ) My vote would have been for Johnny. Haiku can't compete with true love (espeically not my haiku).

True... yeah, sometimes sarcasm doesn't carry through the net very well... Sorry about that.. Now as I re-read it, it takes a different tone...

I know what you mean. I edited my post because it did seem like some people could take it the wrong way. Hopefully Johnny knows that I was just kidding around with him. I never want to offend anyone. I take pride in the fact that I have no true enemies. If I ever offend anyone, you can guarantee that I will feel as bad about it as the person I offended.

Hey Jay,
You could have one this thing easy....You could have wrote a COMPLETELY HYPOTHETICAL story about a young man, who decides to build a plastic box, and the advice that is given to him! Im sure the drama involved would have pulled you in a first place for sure!
