My Photo Gallery & My User Profile

Why is there not a link to My Photo Gallery in My User Profile? It would be very nice if there were. As far as I know somebody who wants to look at my gallery would need to track down a thread I posted in to get an option to see my Gallery; Is this right?

You can put the link to your photo gallery in the homepage URL section of your profile.

While that could be a useful idea for myself if I did not have a home page I am more interesed in other peoples galleries. It is part of the Reef Central user Profile page so I am not sure why it is not part of The Reef Tank user profile.

I just threw miy photo gallery link in my sig. When you click on a users name in a post the menu has "go to user's gallery."

wharyat your idea is a very good work around for myself. BUT, I am more interested in the fundamental "why" since I am interested in other peoples galleries and I see the link in the Reef Central profiles and I believe the software used to run www.TheReefTank.com and Reef Central are very similar.

I am trying to use Google Earth to list Reef Clubs and Reef Keepers using www.TheReefTank.com as the central contact/communication point and I would like to see the gallery used for showing frags to trade and setups. As of today I can do that with a single link for Reef Central but it takes two for www.The ReefTank.com and I do not understand why www.TheReefTank.com does not have a gallery link listed in a person profile. It does not make sense to me.

On Google Earth I have a set of PlaceMarks for SaltWater Clubs & Indivigual Reef Keepers. Here is it. If you have Google Earth installed you just have to click on "Open this Placemark" to see all the the listed Clubs and People

I am talking about a link to a user gallery from the User Profile http://thereeftank.com/forums/member.php?userid=3704

I am not always looking at a post from a user when I want to look at their gallery. I am more likely to have a link to their user profile.

The reason I am interested in the number of links I have to have in the Placemark entry in Google Earth for my pet project (Google Earth -Saltwater Fish & Coral Reef Aquarium Keepers of the World- linked below). For RC users I can just list their Profile page that links to their Gallery. For a TRT user I need to list two differant links, one to their gallery and one to their profile. The TRT galleries just seem a little hidden.
