The Chat Room? There is a Chat Room link on the top of each page, in the blue bar. Or, here is one : Chat Room

Click there name, view public profile, you get the little PM looking box.

Unless you are in the blueberry wine, then you just click around until you get lucky

I found it. It's the visitor messages I think. Where your "welcome username you have x messages..." then there's a drop down box and you can pick it.

I should mention for the record that I do occasionally know what I am doing. Occasionally. Really.
