How can I make a bigger avatar?

Total computer noob when it comes to photos and stuff. My avatar is tiny and makes me feel inferior. I was trying to make my profile picture into my avatar but just can;t figure it out.

NVM, http://www.picnik.com did great and its free.

Glad you figured it out.

There are also limitations on the size of the picture you can use, and those get bigger with the more posts you make.
