my attachment limit is only 500kb.does that go up after time, stay the same. or can i increase it by deleting stuff or what ? and if i have to delete something, how do i do it

You can manage your attachments by going to your control panel and clicking the attachments link on the bottom left menu. Here is a direct link

As you have more history on the site your limits and access will automatically increase.
