404 error on pm pop up window

yup 9 out of 10 times when I click the button in the pop up window to read the message I end up with a 404 error.

How do i fix that?

i have cleared cookies - that's the extent of my 'puter know how.

There's nothing you can do Amy. It isn't a flaw on your end, it is a problem on the TRT side where it is giving the incorrect link to go to, and you get the 404 page.

This doesn't happen to me in FireFox - but I don't have any suggestions on how to fix it.
