I caught a 6 foot long worm in my tank.
After much reef disassembly..I finally caught this 6 foot long worm that's been feasting on my zoos and ricordia...I asked Dr. Ron for an ID.

Holy Schmoley Steve; that's a big un! What a pain taking everything apart. How did you pick it up; gloves, tongs? I'd be interested in the ID.

Out of curiostity, what will you do with that worm? I imagine he is about as large as they come, a prized specimen in certain circles to be sure. Maybe you could post it for sale on e-bay and make a quick 20.

Can you get a better pic of it's head in water!? I think you have the same worm that I do! Except mine is only like 4 or so inches. And not near as dark colored. So, if you have a better head shot..(the one you have looks like it might be the same, but hard to tell cause it is so dark) Plus, I also really want to know the name of this worm. I have tried many a time to get a good shot of him, but he is lightning fast and I have a cruddy camera. heh heh So, can't wait to hear more about him!

HOLY GUACAMOLE! I hope that thing wasn't in a Nano.
I cannot believe that. That thing must have eaten up so much of your money in corals.
