I got some of the "rubble" from PA yesterday and this showed up...can anyone tell me what it might be....it looks very similar to a cactus pad in texture...has white hair like extensions at the edges...really like the color...

thanx for any help or thoughts...

I have found some similarities to a Pavona cactus coral, but I have not seen any reference to this color....
it is hard to the touch...

Are you talking about the purple thing with white patches of hair growing out of it? I have a couple of them in my tank, I have no idea what they are. Im interested too. Mine have gotten pretty big in the last 6 months.
