Picture is a little blurry. Is it a nudibranch? Is it always on the polyps? I'd move it to your sump or fuge if you have one, and see how the rest of the polyps do.

Thats an Alveopora, hardier than Goniopora but not a recommended coral at best , good luck with it

if thats the nudibranch i think it is(even with blurry photo), better to just get rid of it...
i had one that looked similar that ate a 3" hole in my hand-sized leather coral...

i can't remember the name of it, but they look like a scrap of white lace and the only thing they eat is pretty stuff in the tank.

I've found nudibranchs eating leathers - they are destructive. Freshwater dip the Alveopora for a few minutes, and that will remove any more of them that are hiding.

You could also do a Tech D dip in tank water - discard the dip water afterward, Tech D never goes into the tank, and that will help prevent any secondary infection resulting from the injury.

Hopefully the uninjured part of the coral will heal.

i'm not sure if this is a nudibranch...they are pretty small about 3~4 mm in length...it is pure white, not colorful...
the second picture the pest is attached to the front glass...
the first picture...left portion...
you can see the tentacles on their body...but i can't see their head...there's like more than ten of them in that area...
how do you do the freshwater dip?tech d dip?

good news and bad news...
good news: they are nudibranch and got them all off the alveopora...
bad news: i held the coral close to the powerhead to blow off the pest...it works...but did not use a net to catch them...now they are all over the place...hope it won't attack my other corals.
