I have been in the hobby for year's but this is my biggest reef yet. A 120 gal. oceanic custom room devider. All the reef runs down the center of the tank. The overflow is on one end and the tank is filtered with a wet-dry and skimmer by Aqua clear aquatics.
Tank lighting consist of 2-250watt 6500k Iwasaki metal halide and 2-4ft. actinics. A 20watt track light with a dimer is used for moon light. The heater is a proheat 350watt titanium IC.
Substrate is 2" of caribsea pink samoa aragonite sand.
Circulation is the return driven by a mag 9 and 4-1200 maxi jet pump's run by a wave maker.
I have a cleaning crew of turbos,margaritas, lefthanded hermits,scarlet hermits, redleg hermits,4 sand sifting stars, 2 skunk cleaner shrimp and 5 peppermint shrimp.
Coral consist of 1 fox, 1 green brain, 1 red brain, 1 pagoda cup ,1 yellow pagoda, Green Acropora, Jeweled Finger, Purple Sea Whip, orange and yellow sand polyps, a trumpet, a finger leather with a moon brain growing on the base,Elephant skin[PACHYSERIS RUGOSA], and Pulsing Xenia.
Fish consist of 1 sixline, 1 green manderan, 1
red sea sailfin tang, 1
Gold striped maroon clown w/green bubble anemone, 1 bar goby, and 2 green chromis. I have 132 lbs. of mixed fiji and florida live rock.
