tank specs

Okay, I have a 60 gallon fish/reef w/a 15 gallon sump. It has 1 36" actinic bulb, 1 36" 50/50, 1 24"actinic, and 1 24" 50/50 (want halides but cannot afford them yet.) Tank parameters are: 83 degrees, salin 1.0225, nitrates 100, nitrites 0.3, NH3 0.05, others have been good, but have not checked yet tonight, will update in next hour....have a 6" naso tang, 4.5" yellow tang, 3" spotted hawkfish, 3" percula clown, 2" mandarin goby, 1" yellow-tailed damsel, 4 or 5 snails, wonderful green brittle star, large carpet anenome, small sebae anenome, 4 elephant ear mushrooms, med/large cabbage, ex. large bubble coral, small chili coral, couple of small mushrooms, curlicue anenome, probably 50 lbs. live rock, 2.5" live sand base, CPR backpak skimmer, spillover into trickle filter in sump that is full of cut up straws, then pumped back into main tank. ONLY RO water, tank parameters watched pretty religuously, Coral Vital added regularly, reef calcium and reef builder buffer by seachem, have used seachem phosguard a couple of times, filtered with activated charcoal a couple of times, recently dosing tank with red slime remover due to red algae outbreak.
