Hello all, new to TRT and reef aquariums... I have a 55 gal. with about 60lbs of rock maybe 65, heater, coralife super skimmer, couple rio powerheads(giant and ugly and soon to be replaced) a koralia 2 (didn't know it was
only going to move that much water)... and a marineland filter with LR in it... Had coralife PC and quickly got tired of hearing "can't have that, not enough light." So picked up a Nova Extreme 48" 8x54 T5HO for $300.00 on ebay... I've got trumpets, xenia, some zoas, galaxia, a leather, and birds nest. 2 Black clownfish and a blue damsel... Had 12 snails lost 4 I think. Had 12 crabs lost 3. Wish I would have read about seeding "dead" rock... would have saved me some money I think... Ended up buying uncured rock on sale and cured it in my garage... for a month I think... Lets see...
