Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky went hunting? Well anyway, Brasky decides he's gonna hunt down all four members of the Banana Splits. He stalks and kills every one of them with a machete. They all beg for their lives, except Fleagul.

If I remember its 20 posts before you get full access. I'm not sure if M-ville forum posts count for that or not.

Ok i though some picture would be cooler than talking.
Its facing 2 large windows
That room is my PC room, so when i want to relax after working or while working on the computer i just have to turn around.
Plus i thought that i would save some $$$$$ by putting it in a room with AC running already ,so no chiller needed.

After 45 days
I tried my luck with fishes. Was told that clowns are most hardy so i got the clowns
They died 7 days after this pics; i replaced them with another set , not knowing better and the replacement died off as well.
After that i waited for 60 days before attempting another pair, but in the mean time i decided to decorate the place a little.

Finding stuff
Found a few critters
Its a Cowrie (Cypraea spp.).
I had to check it out; it lives in the California water apparently, but at a temp in the mid 60 's, mine is at 79 to 81 oF , so it will be the las time i see it alive unfortunatly.
He was kina cool don't you think?

Another little guy i found
Its a Asteriniid star
Harmless.
I also did some modifications
I got rid of that elbow in the third chamber, gave me more flow
As you can see i also have a bag of Carbon to help my water a bit. And i change the pump to a Maxi-Jet 900 for even more flow.

Oh ya the tank
Well i've dressed up the place a bit better , here we are
A few thing, the candy canes, the shaving bush tree.
Got a nice leather, zooz, which won't last, it got eaten by god knows what...And a Bubble Pearl coral
Oh ya the Briareum starburst on top and a Daisy in the middle, thats what i though, the real answer is below.
its was a "Goniopora sp" nearly impossible to keep. So beware of vendors at $50 a piece, better to look it over on the net before buying. It lasted 6 months before having to replace it.

"Goniopora sp
Thats the coral that sold me as daisy, nearly impossible to keep. So beware of vendors at $50 a piece, better to look it over on the net before buying. It lasted 6 months before having to replace it. I'm saying it again because as a new hobbyist i was foolish enough to think that everybody in the trade know what they're talking about.

Back to the MODS
Ok i decided i was going to replace the bioballs from the second chamber with a refugium, the fuge had everything it needed, Cheato, couple of critters...
Ah yes the light
But for the light to shine through the back you have to scrape the paint off the back panel
So i did, and now here's the finish project.
Set on a reverse light timming and good to go.
