nice clown fish. You may want to get rid of the aptaisia ASAP. The most common method that I have seen is to remove the rocks to a smaller container and squirt kalk paste into their mouths. Do search for a more detailed instruction.

Joes Juice is good to get rid of aiptasia just be careful if you have other anemones. Peppermint shrimp will eat them too. I personally dont recommend nudibranch they dont do well in tanks.

Even if you got the aptaisia eating nudi's, they may not eat the big aptaisias. You really don't have THAT much rock in there, just take some time this weekend and do a few rocks each day. You'll get rid of the great majority of them, and maybe what's left can be handled by your pep shrimp.
