Curious, how do you like your ocean runner pump? Is it silent?

Hi Peeps
The Arcadia lighting is pretty popular in the u.k although Geissmann lights are the probably the nicest pre built units available. Most people use reflectors and ignitors in custom built hoods.T5 only tanks are also becoming more popular especially in Europe.
I have not seen any Tunze lighting in the U.K to be honest.
The Ocean runner pump has been quite good,it does hum a little but not overly,it does have the tendency to eat the end float washers on the impeller shaft though. If i was going to do it all again id use a Sequence 10000ltr/ht sat outside my sump.
All the best Tony
