Well here it is! After seven months and too much money, Its got water and LR! I have to say that would never have turned out as it did without the help of TRT! I have gotten all my info and ideas from this site. The people here are the best!
Its a 55 glass tank I got second hand. I set it up as a Bare Bottom with big flow in certain spots and lower flow in others. I have a sump made of a 20 L wich holds heaters and the skimmer sits next to it. There are two CLSs providing the bulk of the flow with each one ran by an 850gph external pump. Lighting is 440 watts of VHO.

Tank 55
Sump 20L
Flow Spray bar CLS ran by Gen-X external 850gph pump
overhead CLS ran by second Gen-X external 850 gph
Return 635gph submersable pump
Skimmer Aquamedic Turboflotr 1000 multi w/ocean research pump
heaters 2x 100watt titanium Via Aqua
Overflow box Truvue 1200gph capacity slightly modified to increase siphon
velocity
Lighting 440 watts of VHO. Two 10000k and two super actinics each set ran by seperate ARO ballast each on timer
Also 45 lbs of Fiji lr and two smaller pieces of Marshall Island ( soon to be more Fiji)
The tank is stillin cycle so parameters are still changing.
The sray bar does an excellent job of pushing detritus to the front. It collects in the front of the tank in three piles. The top CLS consists of a 1" 90 on each end of the tank just below the surface pointed to the other end. They are slightly offset and can be turned! Most of the flow is at the top of the tank with a little bit of flow in the lower part of the tank. The overall flow does an excellent job of keeping stuff suspended in the water collumn. Overall I am very pleased with how the whole design turned out, seems very efficiant! There is also 14" of spave behind the main tank as the whole stand is oversized for upgrade! This is where the two external pumps are located.
Future plans include Calcium reactor, auto top off and larger DIY sump made from 1/4" acrylic.
Here are some pics!

9 weeks and the diatom is quickly disapearing. I have 6 turbos, 1 hermit and a pair of percs. The skimmer is working great and maintanenece is super simple.
I also have a green button polyp hitch hiker along with several worms.
