I bought this sump from a LFS and Was under the understanding that it came with a pump and a skimmer also....I paid $287.00 for the piece.. Is that a good deal or should I return It for something else...they told me it was the right one for my 210 gallon tank...?

the tank has 4 holes... 2 drain and 2 return. once you get a pump or pumps, you can run 2 more lines up. and i said mirror tint. dont know how it would look though, and take the bio-balls out of the sump, the just trap nitrates.

Thats a common perception but not all that true .. most mirrors are actually kinda lousy at refracting light which is one of the reasons they avoid them in lighting setups.

just spray paint the back of the tank whatever colour you want. i prefer black for reef systems and blue for FO systems.
you have some great threads in here, you might want to post them in the GRD forum for more responses.

Blue is nice
For your sump, Remove that blue sponge it will become a time bomb. You are going to need a large pump for the 210. I use a mag 36 for my return but it also feeds other items. You should get a mag 18 or 24 ( im not sure if mag 24 is the right number but there is a mag 20 something) Mag drive pumps are loud so if noise is an issue you might want to look into a dart pump which is very quiet and efficient. Also those drain hoses can be replaced with PVC.
*If you go with a dart pump it cannot be placed in water

I think I remember someone saying that a mirror actually doesnt bounce back the most light, so this might be a bad idea for reefs, if in fact you a trying to get more light from the mirror.
