My 55-gallon tank has just recently been converted from a FO. I'll be going off to college in the fall, so I'm really not interested in going full reef anyhow. My parents wouldn't be happy about dripping kalk and all that.

So, I have 5 fish: a tomato clown,
lemon peel angel, 3-line cromis and 2 yellow-tail damsels. I'm thinking about getting 3 more damsels, as I hate even-numbered groups. One small/medium condy anemone growing by the minute, and 4
mushroom anemones. A little bunch of caulerpa. Strawberry crab, serpent star and a few mini hermits. Should have a cuke in there somewhere, but I'm afraid it's deceased.
Approximately 30-40lbs unexciting Fiji barely alive rock. It makes me sad. I bought the tank used 2 years ago, and I've been nursing it back to health. It had no filter or skimmer for over a year at that time. Nitrates are still pretty high, but it's getting better. About 3-4" LS with tons and tons of bristle worms among other things, slowly coming back to life. Penguin filter w/o biowheel, and Maelstrom 100 skimmer, continually spewing.
