Well its been almost another year, my tank will be 1.5 soon...
But i thought i'd go ahead and update for the fun of it since i have changed a number of minor things since last January.
I'll start with the Bowfront....
I just upgraded my lighting using Jimbo's overdriving method (so my lighting is almost spectacular)
i had added mushrooms and zoanthids and some leather corals which are doing nicely, and lots of different snails.
i still have my original yellow tang and my original Maroon clown (my very first saltwater fish)the black spined urchin croaked at some point and my coral beauty dissappeared some time ago, not sure why but i've had no deaths since
i put the peach colored damsels in the brackish (after raising the salinity) tank for a time and then set up a new 30 long salt tank (FOnoLR), which the puffers and cat sharks are in now and the damsels, then later i added a pair of p.snyderi "hawkfish" looking feeshies.
i still have my pond and goldfish and the betta and the 10 gallon tropical tank is still doing great. I may add pictures at some point later

Well, i can now add a sump to my specs.
Its a 30 gallon rubbermaid that i will be switching to a 30 long glass tank, after putting it all together i decided that i don't like the way the Rubbermaid bows out and i don't like not being able to see inside my sump. I'll be constructing fuge baffles in the new glass 30 before i switch it all over.
i think i have the current sump holding about 25 gallons or a bit less, the water is about 5 inches from the top to help prevent overflowing.
I'll add pics at some point when i get the room cleaned up a bit

Updated pic.
quite a while ago i changed the rubbermaid sump out for a glass 30 gallon. so i assume the sump capacity is about 27 gallons.
its worked really well.
At this time my stock is as follows:
original maroon clown
original yellow tang
clingfish
red spotted sandperch
assorted snails, astreas, strombus, turbos etc
blueleg hermits
and its a barebottom 'Spanky'Tank
the sump now holds one catshark and a peach colored damsel- i took the puffers out once again and they have their own tank.
i changed the background from blue to black just for kicks.
the photos still come out a bit green, but ohwell.....
