Hammer0331's Tank
I have a 28 gal rectangle tank, 65watt "coralife" light, aquaclear power filter, and a heater. My current inhabitants are: (2) clownfish, (5) live rock, (1) cleaner shrimp, (2) camel shrimp, (3) turbo snails, (1) starfish (unkown type, but is small and red and (3) coral (no idea what kind). My tank has been up and running for a little over a month as of July '08.

Hit the gallery tab at the top of the webpage, and once you're there click the "upload pics" button. Let us know if you need help after that.

I tried the upload image button and got as far as choosing a picture and hitting ok, then it tells me the file is invalid....I guess I'll keep working on it, but do I need to convert a JPeg to some other file?

A .jpg is what you need. You can also try to hit the "manage attachments" in the "post reply" page. You can add files to the thread with that as well.

How big is the picture you are trying to upload? Look at the file size on your computer as you may need to scale them down a bit in order to get under the size limitation.
Another option is to use a site like Photobucket and then just paste in the BBCode information in the thread.

Thanks for the info guys..my pic was too big so I resized it. But when I hit upload I think I got a virus cuz about a million pop up windows flooded my computer. I think I am going to stay away from that feature from now on and try out that photobucket thing. Anyways, I was trying to upload the pic to get some opinions on my sandbed...not enough, o.k. , too much? We'll see if I can figure this pic thing out first.

SWEET!! Finally figured this pic thing out...I used the attech file instead of insert image button. So any comments on my sandbed? I am about to get my 120 gal....is there a formula to use to figure out how much sandbed you need by volume of the tank?

There are some calculators, but they're not terribly accurate. How deep do you want it to be on the 120?
