With 4 bulbs without individual reflectors i dont know. Id say some nems would be ok but not too sure about SPS.

I venture to say that technically if you have the right bulbs, you could keep some of the things you asked about higher up in the tank. My favorite tank has a 4 bulb t5HO set up and doesn't have individual reflectors and it has a few montis, an anemone and so many softies and zoa that you cant see the rock

the fixtures have 1 parabalolic reflector around 2 bulbs so this will be 4x54w t5 ho with 2 parabalolic fixtures... I have 1 of these fixtures on the tank currently

I think you would be fine with montis and things like that at the top of the tank.

I'm sure you would be fine with just about any sps as long as you put them in the top half of the tank like others suggested. For sure BTA would be good, other anemones would probably need to be in top half too.
