Ok so I got 6 turbo snails, 10 blue legged crabs, an emerald crab and 5 tiny sand sifting snails.(forget what there called). All for about $30.

I added a diamond goby and 2 chocolate chip star fish yesterday. The goby is deff cleaning the sand for me. He is also eating up the brine shrimp. Only thing I dont like about him, is when he does he sand duties he fogs up the tank....oh well...pretty cool little guy.

that might mean you need to clean the sand...cloudy= sand has detritus in it. Siphon out the sand and pour clean saltwater and pour out hte cloudy water...I did this to my reef when i moved it in my house. Tank does'nt cloud like it did before.
