would a 28 watt lighting be sufficiant for keeping some coral in a 25 gallon tank?

well im still quite new to reefing .. but the salesperson at my lfs .. told me that it would be good enough to keep some coral in it .. since its not a big tank .. i had polyps, goniopora.. shrooms..hammers..frogspawn and short tentacle anemone doing pretty well in a 15 watt before i got this lighting.

If you had a frogspawn and anemone do well under 15 watts of light, I would say that your experience was definitley out of the ordinary. I would say that you do not have enough lights for most all kinds of corals. Think of it this way, light is like food, you could live on a few slices of bread and a glass of water every day but would you want to? For a tank that size, I would at least double the light that you are planning to have healthy corals.

BTW, the salesperson sounds like he just wants to sell the corals. It doesn't sound like he is interested in you keeping them alive. I would be real cautious about getting stuff from there. JMHO
