I use 2 teaspoons of kalk per gallon, but it never hurts to err on the minus side, in my opinion 
I haven't heard many good things about that calcium monitor, so you may just be better off with a good test kit. Once you get your levels to the point where you want them, it is pretty easy to keep them there.
As far as dripping kalk, I just drip until the bucket runs out, and fill er up again.
Your ph will go down at nite, the trick is to try and keep it within what you are at now and maybe 8.3, thruout the day. HTH.

It Goes Down To 8.18 During The Night And Back Up To 8.34 During The Day....so The Calcium Pinpoints Aren't To Good????

that is looking way good!!!!!!!!!! I haven't really heard of anybody that could get the thing to give a consistent reading. Ya gotta believe in your critters, they will let you know when things are going TU. I'll take my Salifert calcium test kit over anything.

Ok finally have all my pumps in...3 seio 1600 pumps 2 in the back and one in the front for front circulation.....we are also running a 2400 gph pump through the sump .....Ill post some pics later...
here are a few things we have in the tank with the tank readings/////
1 small yellow tang
1 large yellow tang
2 percula clowns
1 sebae clown
1 tomato clow
1 blue damselfish
1 yellow damsel fish
1 (Paracanthurus hepatus) blue tang
thats it for the fish.....
corals:
1 large green starburst polyp
1 brown colony polyp(small)
1 colony of green stripped mushrooms(small)
1 green plate coral
my water temp has been 79.0 during the night and 80.0 during the day with 3 fans blowing in the sump(direct)
ph of 8.35 during the day and it drops down to 8.19 during the night running the lights on the refugium...still working on getting the ph up...
salinity is a little low finding out the hydrometer is off??? my salinity monitor reads 31.5 this morning....?????still up in the air..
calcium of 386 and rising...trying to maintain 425? sound about right?
nitrates 0
nitrites 0
ammonia 0
alkalinity 12.0 kh
also dripping kalk and using a 2 part additive calcium and alkalinity

just done a water change so the water is a little sandy....
also my ro reads 46ppm is that right or do I need to change some of the cartridges....had it 2 months or so about 350 gallons through it....I heard 0 ppm is what it should be...
anyhoo here is some pics...

calcium is @ 631 what can bring it down just water changes????or should I even worry and let it come down on its own I do 2 part calcium & alkalinity(12dkh) everyday??

Let it come down on it's own, don't add calcium or Kalk until it does.

is that with the pinpoint calc moniter
mine always would drift real high and i would freak but come to find out that it was the calc moniter
i ditched mine after awhile the salifert tests are much more reliable
