120 gal FOWLR
I have been setting up a tank that I bought with 100 lbs of live rock and live sand. I also had about another 100 lbs of base rock that I've mixed in with it. Sand is arogonite with some small turbo snails and hermit (?) crabs.
I also have the following equipment:
120 gal tank with corner overflows
30 gal sump with live sand and macro algae, compact fluorescent for macro algae, filter sock, Coralife 220 Superskimmer
UV Light
PhosBan reactor 150
8 48" T5 lights (4ea. of blue and white)
I have started off with 3 damsels and a Fire shrimp, and just got a yellow tang and a yellow head jawfish.
I have been testing water everyday or so and all seems good so far. I had a little problem with algae but it seems this tang has a great appetite.
I'd eventually like to add moe fish and some corals.
Thanksfor looking and for any suggestions
