100 gallon reef tank

I set up my 100 gallon tank in July 1999. In the beginning, i was highly uneducated about cost and the high propensity for problems. Over these 3 years, i have accumulated the following hardware, usually piece by piece, trying to solve the 8 billion problems i have encountered. I believe i am finally at a "calm in the storm", and should see some fantastic coral growth, to make up for all the hard earned money that i've blown on this thing.

Hardware:
100-gallon acrylic TruVu tank
5-Stage Spectrapure RO/DI filtration unit
Precision Marine calcium reactor
Precision Marine protein skimmer
440w VHO lighting
IceCap Ballast
175w metal hallide, ballast
2 powersweepers

Software:
3 inches aragonite gravel
roughly 100 pounds Indonesian, Fijian, Hawaiian live rock

Supplements:
Tech M
Iodine - Lugols Solution
Coral Vital

Livestock:
13" male Naso Tang
Singapore Angel
percula clown
2 blue damsels
12 turbo snails
2 cleaner shrimp
2 fire shrimp
2 emerald crabs
2 tiger tail cucumber (only bought 1, must have divided)
1 pink cucumber
65+ deep purple mushrooms
10+ green spot mushrooms
10+ giant green mushrooms
green galaxia (red sea, softball size)
various acroporas, fingers
green, orange ricordia (various clusters)
pink/green frogspawn (recovering, used to be 9 heads)
green xoeanthid (sp)
brown xoeanthid (sp)
pink montipora
blue turbinaria (cup coral, softball size)

Recently purchased the Spectrapure filter, and did 30% water change, and corals are super-fat. Hope this is the solution to my problem of water toxicity.
