10 gallon fowlr

I have a ten gallon tank that I want to use as a FOWLR tank. It has a two inch sand bed, about 15 lbs of live rock, a maxjet 1200 and a deltec MCE 300 HOB skimmer. It has been up and runnig for about 6 months and there are little creatures running all over the rocks and sand. My question is how many fish should I put in this tank? Or better yet, how many fish could this tank support?

What do you mean by "depending on your rock"? I want to put in a jaw fish and something else that will get along with it. Any recomendations? Thanks for the welcome!
