replacing bulbs on my 29

In my tank now is 1 55W 6400K compact and a 55W Actinic Compact.

AH supply suggested that I change to a 55W 10000K, but keep the actinic with another.

What do you all think about the 1000K, and how should I schedule their installation? Yeh, I know I asked this last year at this time , but would the different wattage of the white bulb make that much difference?

the 10k is going to be more white, the 6500 are more yellow.......i think 10k is much better than the 65k's

6500 and 10k are kelvin ratings not watts

Definately go with a 10,000K...

a 10,000K and an actinic will look great on your tank....
