Jimmer-sorry, bash, bash, bash. just kidding. no, not really. PC's have a very limited space i life (pun intended). i would only use them if it is the only bulb that would fit in the canopy. VHO's are just so much more versatile. as long as your wattages add up to or less than what the ballast can do, just wire as many of the bulbs as you want. the only drawback, and this is for those of us running 6'ers is getting them inexpensive enough, they cost many arms and a few legs in shipping. i also think agree the colour is better on the VHO's than the PC's. if you get icecap ballasts you can now dimm them!!
