CO2 flow
What type of valve do you use to control CO2 flow on your calcium reactor? Do you use a needle valve,or some other type of valve. I know there are other types of flow regulators, can anyone please tell me what they are?

most people use needle valves. they are very precise in the amount of air that they will let in.

Thanks Geoff,
I need to find a place in the Tampa Bay area where I can buy one. Not a place to order one, but some place that stocks this item. I need it today if at all possible.

mmmm......Anyone's opinion on this regulator I just found ?!
I've seen other places sell them for $140 plus.
It seems like a good deal !

grazhoper,
That looks like a good set up to me. I just need the needle valve, and I would like to find it locally. That looks like a very good price for the whole set up.

Check in the yellow pages for a welding supply shop. Most shops have this stuff, and if you have a milwalkee or other high end regulator, they will have repair/replacement parts. Most welding supply shops will be able to swap you a full tank for an empty tank of CO2 at a reasonable price as well.

tdwyatt,
Tanks, I did check with the welding supply in me area, and they don't stock needle valves. There is only one welding supply in my area. I do appreciate the suggestion ,it is something that I might have over looked.
