Hi there,

We have the old Classic Berlin Skimmer on our 120G reef. We USED to run it with a Rio 2500, BUT, Rios have a bad rep about burning up or what ever and it's not worth the risk of ruining your tank on account of a pump that leaks all over the place.

I warn you about the Rio b/c I see that Marine Depot is recommending the Rio for this skimmer.

Now we run it with a Mag 7 and it runs real well. The Mag 7 was around $48 or $52 from Premium Aquatincs
