Plumbing and pump questions??

Here is a drawing for my plumbing on a 90 with a 30 gal. refugium, I need your thoughts on size of pumps needed and any other ideas you may have. Thanks

i'm plumbing a similar setup on a 100g acrylic tank right now. i was planning on using two mag drive pumps (either 5's or 7's) on two separate closed loops. my returns will be through locline hose but i like the idea of the return setup in the liverock.

as far as a pump for the main return... i guess it depends on whether or not you were set on running the refugium on the same pump. i considered this as well and decided to run the refug on a separate submersible pump then gravity feed it back into the sump...this way you can go real low flow through the refugium while keeping a high turnover rate for the main return

I was going to put a valve on the side going to the refugium to slow the return to it and the rest would go to the tank.
