New plumbing for close loop and tank..... Need your input on how things look

Ok here is were I'm at. I did this last night glued nothing wanted to make sure it all fit. Nothing is glued yet and before I do want to know if there is anything I over looked. I haven't plumbed a close loop before so want to make sure it is right.... Thanks..

What size pump are you going to use? The only thing that I see that Might be a problem is not enought water going into the pump for the closed loop, are those 1" lines? If your pump is below 3000gph then you should be fine.

Looks good to me

The tank is a 150 so the close loop pump is a 2100 gph. I ran 3/4 lines to it.

Frank,

Looks good, but when you have to clean the pump is there a ball valve to close(on the input side of pump) so it won't drain the tank?

Are those double union ball valves? Those are nice!

Thanks I have a extra ball valve so I will put it there. Yep they are all double union ball valves. They are very nice tanks to mike. There was a post on bulk heads and he gave a link to http://www.savko.com they by far have the best pricing on plumbing parts.

You're doing it all wrong Frank, just drop it off in front of my house and you can start over on another tank!

Ya, with those ball valves and unions so you can remove the pump for cleaning , it looks great! Those valve/unions are SWEET!! I just put a new pump in (long stupid story) and would have loved to use those instead of using seperate pieces. Maybe I will order some and redo the plumbing AGAIN!! I'm getting better at it so why not! Let us know when the transfer is going down too.

PS - And tell that wussy Bettis to get rid of his hangnail and get in the game this week. My fantasy football team needs him!
