external pump with a small footprint?

I'm looking for an external pump to mount above the tank in a closed loop sort of configuration. around 400 GPH. Any ideas? The smaller the better.

Here is one that I've had good luck with -

The flow may be a little highr than you want, but it is very small, and very quiet. You can also reconfigure it to a horizontal output.

look for "mag" pumps. these are very small, efficient, cheap and quiet.
