CPR overflow question
As i am getting my new 200g ready in my mind, was wondering ,,want mebbe to go with CPR overflows ,question is anyone know if i need to go with two or just one larger one to fit the bill? also toying with the idea of drilling the tank for corner/center bulkheads or overflows.(Harbor Aquatics kinda hinted , if i ask nice, they could come over and drill same , with their nice , new shiny bits.)just throwing it out there,,,i value TRT members opinions Tanks,i mean Tanks!

If it is a new set up with out water I would have the tank drilled and put in overflows.. I just wish I had done that instead of having to put together the siphon overflow and sump I am putting together now.. Man isn't hindsight 20 20..

Go with drilling your tank and installing overflows it would save you many headaches in the long run!!!
I would either put one overflow in each corner or even place a large on in the center

We used a CPR overflow for our 90, and it was a pain, but the only way as it was already set up. When we upgraded, the 135 was thankfully already drilled. Definitely worth it!

I agree with everyone else...I would also go with at least 2 single overflows, one in each corner, or with a single double in the center..I had one in a FO 180, ansd you will need more flow than what I had for a reef

Drill that tank! LOL
Also keep in mind since you're drilling and making the overflows yourself (sort of), figure out how much flow you want from the sump and lower the top of the overflow to handle it.
