Does zooplankton grow in my tank or is it something that i have to buy to feed the corals that I am going to purchase. If its something that I have to buy, I can't find it anywhere that sells it.

there will always be somekind of zoo/phyto plankton in your tank.
i don't believe that you need to supplement extra, most corals that feed on particles this small will get enough nutrition from your lights, and from feeding the fish.
however, if you want to; kent zooplex sounds like it might be waht you're looking for.
Photoplankton is usually stored in the refridgerator section of foods in a fish store.
It has to be kept cool.
However I am not a believer in using it. As stated above most corals will produce their own energy from lights. If you buy a non photosynthitic coral the are usually very colorful and you have to feed those. Adding Photoplankton to your tank is the same thing as adding a bunch of phosphstes to your tank. This can lead to algae blooms cyno bacteria and higher nitrate levels.
I've never bothered dosing anything like that. As tellycoleman states, it can foul up the water pretty well... I don't think the benefits outweigh that "feature".

I forget, how long has the tank been setup? And what kind of lighting does it have? The acropora is going to be pretty demanding in terms of good lighting and clean water parameters, and the sun corals are actually non-photosynthetic. You'll need to target feed them.

I think you're setup has just finished the ammonia cycle, right? Some of these coral and anemone choices are a little agressive for such a young tank. I'd recommend the green star polyps for now (well, actually, I wouldnt recommmend them at all, as they can soon take over a tank! maybe some zoanthids would be a better choice), but the other's may be better served if you waited a while on them.

well I wasn't planning on getting them for another month. They are on my wish list. I know my tanks too young for them but I'm just making my selection now and doing the research on them before I get them. But here is the lightning that I have. http://www.aquarium-supply.biz/Coral...p/res53103.htm
I only have a 29g tank. When I did the search for lightning on my 29g it came up with the lighting that I have and said it was the best choice for sps and lps.
