yellow watchman goby
well i have desided on a yellow watchman goby for one of my fish.........you guys recommended it alot.................but i know they buro under the live rock...........now im affraid they will shift the rock and cause a accident............do they dig big holes like an eel or a wrasse or are they little holes

the holes are all realitve to the size fish. as longas the lr is well supported you should not havea problem.

one more related question............i see alot of people buy these in pairs..........are they a fish better bought in pairs or is it not a big deal

all depends onthe size tank i belive, gobies can be thickle , they may and can be very defensive of their "home" even towards other fish

Buying them in pairs is pretty much up to you. I think you see more personality traits when you see them in pairs.
Also mine have not dug any holes yet, they paired up with a pistol shrim that does all the hole digging.

blennies, and jawfish are a ton of fun too. my bi color blennie crawls around the rock like a dog, he is so funny!!

ive never had a lawnmower, but given the name, i think a lawnmower eats more, but my blenny does eat it, picks it off the wall all day long, me mainly goes for the long strands too, but he isnt a good glass cleaner.
