yellow watchman

It has been awhile since posting. Just wanted to check out some people's opinions on this goby.
Well my LFS has two in stock and I asked if one can be put on hold for 7-10 days.
My real question is that one of the fish is much more brightly coloured than the other but the duller one stayed out in the open while i was at the store.
Could one be hiding out of fear of the other goby (they are in the same tank)? If it is just personality would you rather a bright fish that hides or a duller fish you can see?

On a side note, these can form symbiotic relationships with pistol shrimp? If down the road I got one would it bother my other shrimp, cleaner shrimp and a peppermint shrimp.

Thanks everyone!

i have a watchman now and he hangs out with the blood shrimp. :-), you'll rarely see them. He's in there with a Skunk Cleaner shrimp too, no problems at all.

Our favorite fish is the yellow watchman in Mrs. Phish's tank. He does not hang out with any of the shrimp though.

He jumps into the in-tank refugium about once a day and has different hidey holes here and there but you can always see him.

Don't worry about the color change..mine has gone almost white at times then a bit later he is all pretty again.
