Yellow Fang Canary Blenny is crazy

Ok i did alot of research before I bought this fish but I didnt know that they like to play possum.
I have only had mine for about 3 weeks and he is crazy. He eats and poops like crazy witch is good because he was malnorished when i got him. he even eats from the mini turkey baster i have. (wont use my hand cause I dont think i will like his bite).
Every night he finds the glass magnet and kinda sucks his lips to it like a freshwater pleco. then his color changes to almost white.
The first time i saw this i thought he was dead. I even got my net and pooked him trying to get him to move around. He didnt budge. I was like oh well ill let the crabs have a meal tonight. The next morning he was fine moving around and eating again like crazy.
I moved the Mag Float.
The next evening when the antics were on he did the same thing. I guess this is how they sleep.

also

He actually likes the output of my koralis 4
I think he is trying to touch it
he swims up the curent and tries to go inside the Koralis against the current. (scares me to death)

To anyone with a yellow canary
Is this normal? Is he sick (mentally and/or physically)
Or does my fish need to ride the short BUS

Yes, my guy sleeps in the corner of the front right side of the tank, on the silicone, at the very top. I never could figure out where he went when the lights went off until I saw something "sitting" vertical in the top corner and lo and behold, there he was! This is very normal.

Also, their bite is no worse than a bee-sting, according to a few sources. I'm sure it still hurts though! I hand feed mine, but do it in a way that the tips of my fingers are barely in the water. He never shows interest in them anyway.
