XM 10k 250W Halides one icecaps, one is a diff color than others?

I just upgraded from magnetic to electronic ballasts and got 3 new xm 10k 250 W bulbs, 2 of them are a nice crips white but the other one has a yellow tinge to it. Could this be a problem with the bulb? Anybody else ever had this issue with xm10ks? I also noticed it flickering from the yellow to the white and back every few secs and when I unplugged and plugged back in now just yellow.

what do you guys think?

make sure its not the ballast byu switching the bulb to another socket and if it still yellow its the bulb
id replace it of contact the maker of the bulb or where you got it from to get a new one

actually and oddly enough I did some research, it seems that turning the nipple horizontally instead of vertically got people alot of results, I did this and it also seems to have worked, you wouldn't think that an angle could do this but all 3 are the same color now since I switched the orientation of the nipple.
