All of the polyps are gone, but there is still flesh on the rock. Is there a chance more polyps will grow back?

either leave it in place and hopefully it may regenerate.
if you have another location to try to put them and see if they regenerate there.
remember you still dont know whats effecting them so that factor may determin thier future.

Well ****, that about sucks. The flesh is actually pink in some spots and blue or white in others.

It all went to junk. I did get some more that are doing well though. I have 2 frags in my tank in a plastic breeder until they get a little bigger. The damsel can't get to them and they are doing well. I finally found out the problem, time to get rid of that fish.
