Wrasse only reef tank
I want to make my reef into a wrasse only tank. I think this could be done. These are the Wrasses i like, and would these wrasses be peaceful towards each other.
Cirrhilabrus solorensis - Clown Fairy Wrasse
Cirrhilabrus exquisitus - Exquisite Fairy Wrasse
Cirrhilabrus laboutei - Laboutei Fairy Wrasse
Cirrhilabrus punctatus - Rose Belly Fairy Wrasse
Cirrhilabrus luteovittatus - Yellowstreaked Fairy Wrasse
Cirrhilabrus scottorum - Scotts Fairy Wrasse
What do yall think? would they get along?

a guy in our club has a wrasse dominant tank
a 75 gal, but he maxed out at 4
after that, the fish would jump or hide all the time

the solorensis-clown fairy wrasse we had was a little hyper when we fed the tank, it seemed to scare some of the other fish into hiding at feeding time (mainly the creole wrasse) but a really hardy fish and very friendly. As far as jumping goes we have egg crate blocking all openings on the backs of the canopys to prevent jumpers. The other guy I know who has the wrasse tank made a custom screen (the same material as a mesh screen door) to cover the top of his entire tank. This does not bother the light. If you get a smaller wrasse you can use the egg crate to block any openings in the canopy and then cover the back of the eggcrate with the mesh screen to prevent them from squeezing out. The exquisite wrasse is very mellow and likes to school so does the scotts.
ps. you will be paying a pretty penny for the laboutei so make sure that your tank is sealed up tight.

Yea i know about the laboutei being expensive, thats why i gotta make sure the species can all get along before i do this.
