Wrasse Help

I woke up 2day and my solana wrasse has a bump coming out of the top of his head. Sometimes he charges his reflection in the glass but usually only bumps his lips. Should i be worried about this bump?

Is he eating? Does he seem stressed? Def feed him garlic soaked food until you figure out whats going on with him.

He seems fine, it is rust a raised bump under the scales. Partially poking out between two. I am hoping it is just swelling and will be gone in a few days. Anyone have any ideas?
