would this make for a good spraybar?

I have this left over and want to put it to use. Its a 1/2" loc-line with 15 little nipples. I was thinking of maybe using something like a velocity pump rated at about 1200 gph to power it. Sound good? or should I just make it out of pvc and drill more holes?

honestly i would use PVC.. i understand the idea of using up whatyou have but the PVC will be easier in the long run

Yeah, I would use PVC also. The main reason is that you can add holes to put flow behind the spray bar allong with the main flow aimed to the front. Gunk will build up behind it and you need to have a way to keep it clean. That sounds like a good amount of flow too!
