worms?? of some sort

I have about eighty pounds of live rock in my tank. At night i took a flash light and noticed on the rocks that these clear to tanish worms where all over the place. They are about two to four inches long. they look like earth worms except for the teeth. They come out of the live rock. At the mouth of the worms seem to be teeth of some sort. They come out and bite the live rock and pull back like trying to rip something off the rock. Anyone have glue to what they are and are they safe for the tank corals??

Sounds like a peanut worm or some other close relative of the polychaete family. Nothing to worry about and they are good scavengers
